One of the most surprising concepts in Feminist Evaluation is that there is no special toolkit of “feminist methods”.
Feminist evaluation uses standard methods, such as Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), surveys, storytelling, participatory video, Outcome Harvesting, and Most Significant Change (MSC).
Core Principle: There are no “feminist methods.” It is the way methods are used and who holds power during their application that makes an evaluation feminist.
