• When your team compiles a quarterly financial report, do you view it as a routine administrative burden or as the evidence that maintains your funding partner’s trust?

• If an auditor or monitoring team arrived unannounced today, could every figure in your latest expense report be traced directly to a valid receipt or supporting document?
