Systems Thinking

Social change does not occur in a sterile, linear laboratory.

Women’s rights organizations operate within complex systems shaped by politics, power relations, institutions, and cultural norms.

Therefore, the RWVL framework emphasizes four systemic practices:

  • Co-creation of project strategies with communities.
  • Strengthening relationships across platforms and networks.
  • Co-creating solutions to emerging field obstacles.
  • Continuous learning and adaptation based on real-time evidence.

Core Principle: A results framework should not be treated as a rigid prediction contract. It is an adaptable framework for understanding change, testing assumptions, and adjusting course when field evidence tells us something different.
