Module 1: Introduction to NGO Financial Management for Sub-Grantees
About Course
This module gives every learner a working understanding of financial management, regardless of prior finance background.
It moves away from treating finance as a specialist department and toward something closer to the truth: financial management is a set of habits planning ahead, watching spending, catching problems early, and following through on what you’re trusted with that most staff are already practicing in some form.
By the end, learners should recognize their own daily work inside this framework, not just memorize a definition of it.
