About Course

This module looks at what it means to carry feminist principles into the organization itself, not only into programming. It works through four core principles, equity, power sharing and participation, intersectionality, and care, and asks how each shows up in everyday workplace realities, policies, and internal relationships. The module is reflective rather than checklist-driven, with open prompts learners sit with rather than answer quickly

  • ●Apply four core feminist principles: equity, power sharing, intersectionality, and care
